With a focus on healthy alignment, this class encompasses the practice of asanas (yoga postures) with focus on the breath to bring peace to the mind and awareness to the body. For both the yoga curious and the experienced practitioner, Hatha Yoga focuses on the fundamentals while creating space and energy in your yoga practice.
Each Hatha teacher has many years of experience and brings their unique voice to the class.
All levels welcome. To beginners, please introduce yourself to the teacher at the beginning of class.
