				About this Groundfloor Gathering
				
					Come surrender in a slow, deep, and meditative practice to unwind at the end of your day. To unwind the body, we will linger in yin and restorative poses while flowing through gentle movement sequences in between to release and let go. Riding the wave of breath, the nervous system will unwind and you'll leave feeling spacious in body and mind. The class will close with a 15 minute Soundbath in a restorative pose. This mindful class is open to all levels of experience and modifications will be offered.
