About this Groundfloor Gathering
Creatives Club gets together on the first Wed. of each month for Creation Hour! We've updated our format to accommodate those who would like to create side-by-side AND those who'd like to meet and chat with other creatives! In Creatives Club, we've discussed how getting started and finishing creative projects can be a tough and lonely endeavor. This hour is to make time and space to create, meet other creatives and feel collective creative energy. It's inspiring and energizing to see everyone working on various projects in the space together!
Creation Hour is:
Option 1: a time to work on creative projects at the dining table, with the support and joy of community! We bring our own materials and it's a fun hour of working side-by-side. // Creatives Club also has an art supply box (watercolor paints, brushes, watercolor paper, stamps, ink, cards, etc.) and a sewing machine for member use during this time. Just ask Ning or Jamie for these items.
Option 2: a time to meet other creatives via guided, structured discussion.
Option 3: a little bit of both! Creation Hour is your time, and you can choose whatever mix of the activities you'd like to do.
Some of the recent projects that folks have been working on:
- watercolor painting gift tags and greeting cards
