About this Groundfloor Gathering
Join me this afternoon for a nourishing journaling and restorative yoga session designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and connect with yourself. I will begin with a 50 minute guided journaling session with prompts that will help provide clarity and emotional release. Broken down in 10 minute increments. Then we will end with a 40 minute restorative yoga session. Giving your body time to rest deeply while reflecting on your writing. Please bring something to write with. And wear comfortable clothing.
