About Movement Lab
Movement Lab is an evolving set of classes and workshops that use rhythm, cross-modal dance, and somatic exploration to help you feel centered and clear. Born from a return to dance and a renewed sense of its importance. Current class offerings include Slow Flow Lab, Bossa Beats, and Inner Child Embodiment, with additional formats and aligned facilitators coming online as the project grows.
Currently facilitated by Jen Miller, integrating somatic research with 15 years of live samba and dance performance, including appearances with Carlos Santana and EDC. Jen is training in trauma-informed yoga and movement practices including swing dance, salsa, kizomba, and tango, and holds certifications in sylvotherapy and Zumba instruction.
