				About this Groundfloor Gathering
				
					Ashtanga Flow offers an opportunity for you to experience a traditionally paced Ashtanga practice which serves as a space for both the introduction and refinement of the classical postures taught in the Ashtanga Primary Series. Your instructor will emphasize alignment, gazing points, core energetics and deep breathing as well as encouraging the use of props and offering modifications. 
Each practice will offer Sun Salutations A + B, the suite of standing postures and varying combinations of the core seated postures, backbending and inversions. Through familiarization of the Ashtanga series in these classes, you will find Mysore style practice to be a rewarding place to further develop your own practices and experience deeper levels of individualized learning (including the other series of Ashtanga Yoga).
