Join composer/sound artist Robert Holliday and Zen teacher Sara Campbell for an hour of deep stillness and transformative listening.
The session begins with a grounding guided meditation led by Sara, a lay teacher at Angel City Zen Center.
From that stillness, Robert, a CalArts MFA graduate and certified Deep Listening guide, will lead a unique sound bath that moves beyond relaxation into something more visceral and alive.
Expect a few words from ancient masters, a new relationship with sound, and something to carry with you into your daily life.
