Breathwork is back!

I will be hosting a breathwork and soundbath in Elysian park on Mondays this Spring and Summer starting at 6pm. Anyone is welcome and it is free to attend.

What to bring:
- yoga mat
- comfy clothes
- blanket (optional)
- eye mask (optional)
- bug spray (optional)
- all the mental baggage you carry around on a daily basis 🌚

Guided breathing synced to music is designed to activate your inner mind and regulate the nervous system. We will be laying down for most of the practice. This is a free class :)
