Join us for a *free* pasta-making extravaganza where you'll learn to craft your very own fresh pasta from scratch. Whether you're a tagliatelle titan, a ravioli rookie, or you just love eating, this is your chance to channel your inner Italian chef and have a blast doing it. **What to Expect:** - Make some authentic Fettuccine Alfredo the Italian way - a cute movie while we wait for our dough to rise to the occasion- Guided instruction on rolling, shaping, and cutting pasta - Lots of laughter, fun, and maybe a little flour on your face! - A chance to taste-test your creations (because who could resist?) Leave with new skills, a satisfied appetite, and maybe even a new best friend from this carb-filled community event. If you have any lactose challenges, feel free to bring any alternative ingredients—it’s an experience not to be missed! **When & Where:** May 23rd 6pm-9pm in the Groundfloor kitchen **What to Bring:** Just your appetite, possibly ann anpron/clothes you don’t mind getting flour-y, and enthusiasm (and any alternative ingredients for dietary restrictions).
