About this Groundfloor Gathering
Are you exhausted by your inner critic or held back by imposter syndrome?
Join us for Allyship WITH Your Inner Critic, a transformative, in-person workshop where you'll learn to befriend that inner voice instead of battling it.
In a safe and judgment-free space, facilitator Ahran will guide you through playful improv games and reflective exercises to help you navigate your inner world with compassion and curiosity.
Whether you're looking to quiet self-doubt, grow your confidence, or become a braver improviser, this experience will empower you to turn your inner critic into a trusted ally.
No improv experience needed—just bring your inner critic, an open mind, and a yes-and attitude. Come build community, embrace growth, and strengthen the most important relationship in your life: the one with yourself.
