We’ll start with a brief opening circle, then move into a long, uninterrupted dance wave designed to help you get out of your head and into your body. No choreography, no talking on the dance floor, no substances—just music, movement, and presence.

This event takes place at the Castro Room and is not hosted at Groundfloor.
