About this Groundfloor Gathering
Discover the true essence of core strength in our “Empower Your Core” yoga class, happening once a month in the San Rafael Studio and included with your membership! Guided by Ulrike Koehne, you’ll explore the pelvis, glutes, hips, back and front muscles of your torso - the central part of your body, sometimes likened to the trunk of a tree. You will flow through a series of dynamic and mindful poses designed to activate and challenge all aspects of our core. Learn how to properly engage each muscle group, preventing your body from relying only on the strongest muscles, safeguarding against overuse and achieving balance.
