This steady-paced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement) dances between smoothly flowing poses and longer held poses to build stamina and strength. Each teacher flavors class with his or her unique style and offerings, which may include meditation, pranayama, chanting, mantra, or Kriyas. Modifications will be offered to support beginners and advanced practitioners alike.
