				About this Groundfloor Gathering
				
					As we grow more mindful with age, slowing our yoga practice becomes a joy — giving us space to truly savor the moment, the movement, and the breath. You will build balance and strength while leaving fears in the rearview mirror. Class will include breathwork, strength-building, balancing poses, alignment work, and deep relaxation to restore the spirit.
