About this Groundfloor Gathering
Salsa Sweat is an energetic workout that blends traditional salsa dance moves and fitness elements. Class will include salsa steps, turns, footwork, cardio and weight training. This class provides a fun and effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and coordination while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of salsa dancing!
