Dance church is a 70-min freestyle dance class mixed with some aerobics in a large space surrounded by bumping music and people who are there to do nothing but let it all out.

It’s a great way to release stress, get a workout, and get the day started. Heads up, it is NON-STOP movement. But I promise you will leave with your serotonin levels through the roof!

Think solo dance party but with other people in a safe space.
