Allyship with Your Inner Critic: An Improv Workshop
About this Groundfloor Gathering
Are you bullied by your own inner critic voice? Does your imposter syndrome prevent you from achieving your goals? In Allyship with Your Inner Critic, you’ll not only demystify what your inner critic actually has to say (hint: it’s there to help you!) you’ll also learn how to befriend your inner critic as your most reliable ally in life and on stage.
In a judgment free and safe space, Ahran will facilitate a connecting and playful learning environment for people to befriend their inner critic through various improv games and exercises. Whether you’re wanting to become a braver improviser on stage or wanting to get a handle on the chatter of your inner critic, Allyship with Your Inner Critic will transform your relationship with your inner critic from enemy to most trusted ally.
All you need is your inner critic and an open mind to trying something different
No previous improv experience necessary!
