About this Groundfloor Gathering
In this class breath, muscular engagement, alignment, Vinyasa and intention all come together to cultivate our internal energy sources (chakras). Through a creative flow, as well as through breath and body drills, we will build a foundation of flexibility and strength to safely and effectively approach more advanced asanas (poses) such as arm balances, deeper backbends, inversions and standing balancing poses. In this class we don't just jump into harder and harder poses, we build from the bottom up so that anyone who attends can leave feeling more energized and confident in their body and their practice.
