BARRE BODY
This full body workout is a combination of Pilates, yoga, and ballet! Lauren will guide you through proper form/alignment so that each exercise is effective. The focus will be high reps of small movements using light weights, bands, and your own body weight. This class is low impact and perfect for toning your entire body
