Fresh and invigorating class invites you to surrender into deep, nourishing postures . Dance between smoothly flowing poses and longer held poses to improve balance, build stamina and strength.
Class will wind down with yin and restorative poses while flowing through gentle movement sequences in between to release and let go. Riding the wave of breath, the nervous system will unwind and you'll leave feeling spacious in body and mind. This mindful class is open to all levels of experience and modifications will be offered
