As you relax in savasana, this ancient practice leads you through the five layers of self (pancha maya kosha), awakening your innate wisdom and inviting a profound sense of wholeness. By accessing delta brainwaves, the state responsible for deep healing and restoration, Yoga Nidra allows your mind and body to regenerate while awake, offering a powerful path to clarity, balance, and inner healing. Your Yoga Nidra practice will support you to feel well-rested even if you are not getting consistent or deep sleep. It will guide you into a deeply relaxed physical state while grounding you back into your body and may improve sleep by reducing stress and pain.
