Joyful & Confident Leadership with Fairground "Joy is the fuel of our collective strength." -Alma Landeta Join us for an evening of celebration, in partnership with Fairground, a mental health collective of therapists and healers, to move towards more joyful and confident leadership. We’ll artfully curate our time together to build meaningful community and gain practical strategies to support us in our individual and collective transformation at work. Our hope is you’ll leave feeling inspired and empowered, with the belief you can joyfully change the world. 6:30-6:45pm: 15-mins: Arrival and intentional community building with values-aligned leaders 6:45-7:45pm: Fantasy & Sci-Fiction as Leadership with Sol Garcia Jones (they/he/she) Healing the Voice & Joy of Public Speaking with Melissa Andrada (mel - they/she) Dance as Liberation and Leadership with Isabelle Duffy (they/them) 7:45-8:00pm: Meaningful Close: Intentional community-building Your speakers & facilitators Melissa Andrada (Mel - they/she) is the CEO & Cofounder of Fairground, a mental health collective of therapists and coaches supporting organizations that have included Google, Feeding America and Just Solutions, to empower their people to be joyful and confident leaders. ❤️ As a queer Filipine American who came to the States as an undocumented immigrant, Mel brings a highly sensitive and trauma-informed approach to facilitation and leadership development. Mel co-leads the Queer Yoga Collective at the studio Arise in Oakland. Outside of work, they can be found dancing, surfing and writing a book on trauma, resilience and joyful leadership. Mel is completing a second masters in Clinical Psychology & Expressive Arts Therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies
