🌾 Gentle Shadow Work for Cultivating EASE
About this Groundfloor Gathering
What if ease wasn't something to earn, but something to remember inside ourselves?
What if you didn't have to work so hard? You could just.... have it?
In this month's Inner Work Club, we’ll explore why ease can feel so out of reach—and how to begin gently shifting the internal patterns that keep us bracing, pushing, or over-efforting.
We’ll use guided reflection, explorative somatic practices, and gentle shadow work inquiry to examine the parts of us that believe ease is dangerous, lazy, out-of-touch, or undeserved—and reconnect with the wise ones within who already know the wisdom of softening.
This session is a nourishing lead-in to the upcoming Shadow Work for Cultivating Ease retreat (7/27) and will include space for personal insight, group dialogue, and a take-home practices.
