Then comes the fun part: learning the basics of heels technique and exploring an erotic, empowering routine that celebrates body awareness, rhythm, and self-expression. The class ends with a short meditation to ground your energy and leave you feeling confident, sexy, and in touch with your inner fire. Monica began dancing in high school and quickly turned her passion into a professional career. With a background in jazz, ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, aerial arts, and contortion, she brings a diverse movement vocabulary to every class. Her recent exploration into pyro arts reflects her fearless creativity and love for performance.
