Pelvic Floor for Labor Prep
About this Groundfloor Gathering
This course is designed and led by Dr. Cassie Hyde, a pelvic floor physical therapist. The information is designed for people in the second half of their pregnancy. It is 2 classes and will cover a variety of information like pregnancy-safe hip mobility, laboring positions, pelvic floor down training/relaxation, and postpartum expectations.
The class will help expecting parents understand their bodies, prepare for labor, and feel confident heading into birth. Each session blends simple anatomy, guided breathwork, and hands-on exercises to teach how the pelvic floor and core work during pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
