A Kamayan feast is a traditional Filipino communal meal where food is served on a table covered with banana leaves and eaten entirely with the hands. There are no plates or utensils—just clean hands, laughter, and shared abundance.
About Jason:
Although his primary career is as an Executive Digital Producer, cooking has been a lifelong passion. In 2012, he earned a professional certificate from The New School of Cooking and has worked as a chef at restaurants in Los Angeles and the Bay Area, including Eagle Rock Public House and Stag Dining Group.
