About this Groundfloor Gathering
There are qualities you admire in others that feel just out of reach—strength, creativity, clarity, confidence. You see them in your heroes, mentors, teachers, artists, or peers—and something in you lights up.
That light? It’s yours.
In this Inner Work Club circle, we’ll explore a beginner-friendly Golden Shadow practice—designed to help you reconnect with the traits you project outward, but may have lost contact with in yourself.
This process invites you to:
Name the people you feel magnetized by—and understand what they’re reflecting back to you
Explore the unmet needs, longings, and values that live underneath admiration
Reclaim the traits you’ve disowned, dismissed, or doubted in yourself
Cultivate grounded, body-based strategies to embody those traits in real life
This is not about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you already are—and creating a felt sense of safety and spaciousness to show up from that place.
This circle is especially supportive for those who:
Are new to shadow work or emotional integration practices
Feel stuck in cycles of comparison, self-doubt, or people-pleasing
Are navigating grief, burnout, or big transitions
Long to feel more confident, inspired, or connected to purpose
You’ll be guided through the Golden Shadow for Resourcing workbook (a PDF will be provided), with time for gentle reflection, journaling, and optional sharing in community.
No prior experience is necessary. Just bring a journal, something to write with, and your full, human self.
