About this Groundfloor Gathering

Join the self-care club as we explore new tools to support your busy lifestyle.

Start your new year learning mindful techniques that will help center your mind, body and spirit as you relax and release stress and anxiety.

We will practice:
-Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT/tapping: calm the vagus nerve by touching specific points on your body and head to create a calming effect
-Somatic Breathwork: use your breath to control your emotions and release trauma that you have been silently carrying
-Sitting meditation: quiet the mind, just be present
-Reiki: open up all your energy centers and let positive energy flow throughout your body to heal and recharge your entire system

We will start the session with a Mindful Tea ceremony.
Snacks will be served.

Club member Lauren Bui has a background in mindful meditation, holistic healing and well being.

She’s a certified Reiki master, meditation and life coach Mindvalley International Coach Federation (ICF).

Professionally Lauren has an MBA and has decades of experience as a Technology Executive focused on healthcare and well-being.
