This workshop is designed for runners, hikers and all athletes seeking improved strength, mobility, and flexibility. After a brief warm-up we will focus on specific postures that will target flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and mental focus. You will walk away with heightened body awareness and a list of effective stretches and exercises that will set you on the path of continued recovery habits that are easy and effective to prevent tightness, injury, and required time out.
