Improvise the Moment with Fun + Play!
About this Groundfloor Gathering
We’re taught from an early age to prepare for everything: get good grades at school, make a great impression, act a certain way to be accepted, always have a plan and think of everything that could go wrong, etc. This has taught some of us to come from a place of perfectionism, fear, and anxiety. What if instead we:
- Embrace “failure” knowing it can lead to resilience and adaptability?
- Are more open to possibilities and feel more creative and confident in the process?
- Incorporate fun, spontaneity, and allow play into our lives for more connection with others?
- Ready to "Yes, and..." together as a community and play using improv?
Come ready to take space, lead and follow from center stage, while having fun in a safe and supportive container! This is open to anyone who wants to feel more embodied, less fearful of the unknown, and get more comfortable with public speaking.
