Sense Making Playshop
About this Groundfloor Gathering
Come join us for a fun and easy evening of open exploration of multisensory tools, movements, and ideas.
This will be a minimally structured evening to try out a multitude of activities to see what best supports you! Vibration or balance for vestibular activation or calming? Color or light for visual soothing? Biofeedback tools for interoceptive awareness? Rhythm for executive functioning? Essential oils for emotional integration? Pushing, pulling, picking, pounding for grounded presence? Auditory programs for parasympathetic activation?
There will be something for everyone! Come create your own treasure trove of tools, so that you can be most resourced in connecting with your self and others! Jackie will be available to answer questions and provide additional context, as desired:)
