Ready to move? This 60 minute class will uplift and challenge you and your yoga practice in the best of all ways. After plenty of warmup, get ready to play with your edge and test out your limits while you experiment with some peak poses, maybe an inversion or deep backbends, and end with a soothing meditation to take you into your weekend. For Intermediate and Advanced practitioners; knowledge of and comfort with Surya Namaskar required.
