Ritual: Rose: Boundaries & Heart in Challenging Times Monday, April 7th | 6:30–8:30 PM What does it mean to navigate these times from the heart? Many of us are trying to meet the world with receptivity, to hold nuance, to see from different perspectives—but that isn’t always met in kind. Sometimes, instead of finding understanding, we encounter resistance, dismissal, or even hostility. It can feel as if the natural flow of connection is disrupted, replaced by defensiveness and division. How do we remain open without becoming overly armored and closed off? How do we honor our own boundaries when others do not? How do we protect our inner landscape without hardening against the world? This month in Ritual, we gather in community with Rose as our guide. Rose holds a distinct intelligence, one that speaks to both the heart and the nervous system. Its presence invites us to explore the dynamic between softness and protection—not as opposing forces, but as parts of a whole. As we drink rose tea and connect in community, we’ll explore how openness and boundaries take shape in our lives. Through conversation and practice, we will reflect on what it means to soften while staying strong, to protect what matters without shutting out connection. This interactive gathering will include: 🌹 Guided reflection on the themes of openness and boundaries. 🌹 Breakout group discussions to explore how these themes show up for each of us. 🌹 Embodied practice to sense where and how these dynamics live within us.
