Teen + Tween Yoga Series

Join us for a fun and empowering 10-week series with Tiana Baumsteiger.
Could your teen or pre-teen (geared for ages 10-14) benefit from exercise, flexibility, body awareness, and mindfulness? Students will experience the amazing benefits of yoga for body, mind, and soul in a lighthearted environment. Classes will include breathing exercises, discussion of topics such as self-confidence and body positivity, yoga flow, mindfulness, and meditation.
Tiana is the Founder of LOVE IS RAD, an organization that empowers tween and teen girls to love themselves fiercely so they can spread that love to the rest of the world. Read more about her below!
Cost: $299 for all 10 classes. You can buy a drop in trial for $30 under Yoga Classes to allow your child to try 1 class in our teen / tween yoga series. If the student enrolls after the trial, the $30 will be applied to the remainder of the series as a credit. The series can be pro-rated if your student enrolls late.
