I’ve found that sound and meditation can be such powerful tools for resetting and boosting productivity. Especially in the middle of a busy day.
Join me for a midday soundbath break in the wellness room.
For 45 minutes, you’ll be invited to simply lay down, let go, and melt into deep relaxation. Possibly even drifting into that sweet space of lucid dreaming.
This journey begins promptly at noon.
