About this Groundfloor Gathering

There's wisdom etched in our bones and stories flowing through our blood. Our ancestors' joys, sorrows, gifts, and wounds – they shape us in ways both visible and hidden, influencing everything from our instinctive reactions to our deepest yearnings.

Join me for an evening of ancestral connection on May 5th where we'll gather in circle to honor those who came before us and tend to the healing that ripples across generations.

We'll work with mugwort tea during our gathering. In plant spirit work, we approach plants as conscious allies with their own wisdom and gifts. By inviting mugwort into our circle through the simple ritual of sharing tea, we acknowledge this relationship and the supportive presence it brings to our ancestral healing intentions. Mugwort has no psychoactive properties - we work with it purely for its spiritual gifts and the relationship we cultivate with its essence.

Throughout our time together, we'll:

Share in the ritual of mugwort tea to open our ancestral awareness
Journey with the heartbeat of the drum to connect with lineage wisdom
Learn practical energetic tools to sense and shift inherited patterns
Break into smaller circles to witness each other's discoveries and insights
This work meets you exactly where you are – whether your family history is clear or clouded, whether your relationship with ancestors is warm or wounded.

Monday, May 5th 6:30-8:30pm Groundfloor Club - $25 for non-members

About Your Facilitator:

Hi, I'm Tracy James. As a Spiritual Life Coach, I've been guiding this type of healing work for over two decades now, weaving together coaching, shamanic practice, and plant spirit connection. What moves me most is creating spaces where we can gather to remember our place in the great web of belonging – with each other, with the earth, and with those who walked before us.
