Workspace members have full access during all operating hours, while Social members can access Groundfloor from 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.
We don’t offer trial periods. Instead, you can:
- Book a tour to see the space.
- Attend a one-time event (with a Pass) to experience our community.
Yes. We provide partially subsidized memberships for early-career individuals from racial or ethnic minority groups. (Scholarships are currently at capacity and will reopen in Q3 2025.)
No. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
No, pausing is not available. Membership continues monthly until you cancel.
You may cancel any time up until the day before your next billing date. Simply:
- Open the Groundfloor app.
- Go to Settings.
- Submit your cancellation request.
Typically, Social members can access coworking on a pay‐per‐day basis for around $30 per day (exact rates may vary by location).
Only Workspace members can refer a friend and earn referral incentives.
